Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Excellent career opportunity to be part of ACCO’s team of employees that serve our wide range of clients; Water treatment, Waste water, Industrial and Municipal and Commercial Swimming Pools.
As a customer service rep you are in direct contact with customers, vendors and sales representatives daily via email, phone and walk-ins.
Daily duties include taking and entering orders for our Iowa, Western Illinois, Eastern Nebraska and Northern Missouri customers.
Greeting customers and visitors as they come in and assist in walk-in orders.
Create route paperwork and ensure drivers are sent route information daily.
Misc. Filing and scanning during down time. ACCO’s busy season runs from April - August.
Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM with an hour lunch *Flexibility Available
Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service and Phone Skills
Experience with Office365 and typing 30 WPM+ preferred
Reliability and punctuality are important
